Deconstructing Reality

Gordon Matta-Clark transforms buildings into what would appear to be scale models, by cutting through the floors he exposes the interior details whilst allowing people to look through the whole building as you would never see it in reality.

By cutting pieces out it allows people to view these buildings as a whole and experience multiple spaces at the same time like seeing a sectional drawing in real life.
